If you send us a message, we collect your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us. We use it only to reply to you. It is sent to our practice email and kept for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.

Online booking is provided by our booking system at standishopticians.mysight.uk, which has its own privacy terms. Your clinical records are held at the practice under our patient privacy policy, which you can ask us for.
